Mark Fagundes, DVM
Dr. Fagundes was raised on a dairy farm in Chowchilla, California. He attended Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo as an undergrad and Washington State University, where he obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, he went on to complete a doctor of philosophy degree at Utah State University in animal nutrition along with a 1-year veterinary internship. He practiced as a large animal veterinarian in the Sacramento area for 2.5 years before making the switch to small animal medicine. His clinical interests include soft tissue surgery and nutrition.
Outside of work, he can be found somewhere in the mountains with his wife and two dogs (and occasionally the cat).
